I'm hoping I don't have big trouble. I have found water on my kitchen floor and have discovered it is coming from my furnace when the central air is on. It is running out from what looks like a vent? on the unit. What could be causing this?

and be sure it is clear. if you cut the drain and water pours out, the drain is clogged, if not, your pan may be rusted through
