I have a Toshiba TV (CX2657J) that works fine except the height is way too high. Can someone tell me how to get into the service mode for this model and what key sequence to use to adjust the height, or if there is a physical adjustment can you tell me where it is located?

You have a bad capacior in the set causing he problem, 2.2uf 50v near the jungle IC C501 I think.
It's a red one and sometimes you can see "juice" leaking out of it.
Common Toshiba problem ..
BTW there is no service menu for that TV, the adjustment is a manual control inside the set.
