I bought a wooden Simmons crib from my friend. She had it stored in her basement which I have come to find out is damp at times. I have washed it down with Murphy's Oil Soap and sprayed it with Lysol. I think I can still smell the musty smell. Are there any suggestions and could this be dangerous to use due to possible mold? The crib looks beautiful but I think I still smell it. Any advice would be appreciated.:)

Any mattress or padding should be professionally cleaned. A thorough wipe down with a 50:50 mix of bleach and water should remove any remaining traces of odor, as well as kill any remaining mold spores.
