Hi everyone. I'm trying to repair a General Electric TV wich dosen't turn on. The model is 13GP239 with chasis TX82TB. I was checking messages about GE TVs, and I found that most of the ones with a similar model to mine have trouble with the TP15 and the accompanying zener DP02. I couldn't find TP15, nor TP14 or 13; I think this model is different. I found TP10 wich is a big (T)S2000A3 - (2f). When I plug the tv in, it gives a high pitched chirp and then does nothing more under any circumstances. If I unplug it and plug it back, it does it again. I would appreciate very much any help.
