When I turn on tv the bottom 5" are black and the picture is stretched. After approx. 5 to 10 minutes the screen fills out and the picture is fine. Any suggestions.

tenile47, This is a typical toshiba problem. Check for cracked solder joints on the pins of the vertical output I.C. and check for leaky electrolytic capacitors in the vertical circuit.
