Pick up your yellow pages and call local lumber companies until you find one that handles Andersen. They will get them from a regional wholesaler who will either have the parts or can get them from Andersen. I don't know of any aftermarket Andersen parts source, probably because they are so rarely needed :)

In our locality, I can go to a couple of local lumber supply places, pay them, get their P.O. to the wholesale place for whatever, then go to the wholesale place about 25 miles away and get the window or parts right there....just can't buy it directly from the wholesaler....or I can wait a week or so and the wholesaler will bring it to the lumber yard if I'm not in a hurry.

Shops that repair screen doors should be able to get the parts. Home Depot may have them. If not call StryBuc Industries, 800.352.0800, they will give you the name of your nearest dealer.
