Anyone know what the top and side clearances are from the firebox to the edge of the surround? I live in michigan.Thanks

ameyer, it may be because of the holiday, but some may avoid answering your post because the code requirements and rules of thumb may not meet Michigan code. A call to your local inspector should get you the answers you need.
