I had a hot water leak under/in my foundation. After the concrete was chipped out and repair done, the hole was filled, but not to the surface (about an 1/2 inch lower). What sould be used to fill and level? Ceramic tile is to be installed.

Get a bag of what is called "Sand Mix".
