We just purchased a second hand Baby Grand Piano. I was going to clean it with a wood cleaner I had. However when I wiped the cleaner on it damaged the finish. It doesn't have the shine anymore. Is there any way I can get the finish back?

Turtle Wax Polishing Compound and Scratch Reomver, vaailable from most automotive supply stores will do the trick.
Apply according to the directions on the can. A lot of elbow grease, but not much expense.
