Do thay make a shower surround that will install over an existing tiled wall?-The tiles are starting to fall off the wall and i have enough projects going at once right now i really dont need another big one

It is best to remove the existing tiles and ensure that you have a smooth substrate. This would be for a surround wall kit that would be glued to the walls. You would have to make sure that all surfaces were smooth and ready for paint or other wallcovering to the areas that were not covered by the new wall kit.

Alternative is to install a fiberglass or acrylic tub/shower wall unit which would be a job in itself.

I don't have a better recommendation that would be a guarantee against another catastrophy. Just bear in mind, trying to glue something on a substrate that is already unstable is asking for trouble even though you don't want to hear this now with your other projects.
