Anyone have a good way to remove oil based primer from exterior vinyl siding, please help!:(

Do you mean remove some drips in limited areas, or a total stripping of intentionally painted vinyl siding?

Perhaps mineral spirits or one of the commercial paint splatter removers would be effective.

If the paint is latex, a rag dampened with denatured alcohol will remove it and I don't think it will harm the vinyl siding.
