The reply I received said to go to bottom of forum page and use the search option. Enter "Adding Ducts" and press go. The search option will not let me enter Adding Ducts so I don't know if I'm on the right page or not. What has happened?

It is in the bottom right hand corner of the forum page. It should work for you. Enter the search words "adding ducts" (without the quotes) and press go.
