Due to various reasons I am on my eighth coat of paint in a bathroom we are redoing. When I went to paint the last coat I noticed several areas that had run creating drips.
My question is, how do I fix these?? I tried sanding them but they do not come off, what about using paint thinner?

Dried paint drips are usually sanded or scraped to remove. Perhaps a coarser grit of sandpaper would be helpful.
