We recently installed a new floor in our 3-season sunroom and noticed some of the wood around the area looked warped. We began pushing on the wood and realized that a good portion of the window casement on the bottom of the southeast corner is rotten.
Is there a good way to go about repairing this? Or a place, book, that I can get that would instruct me on how to install new wood, stop the rot?

You may have more problems than just a rotten casement window. Water may have gotten into the wall.
Are gutter and downspout clear on that corner of the house? Were windows left open to the rain? What's causing the moisture problem? Is there a termite problem?
Address the moisture problem first. My research did not turn up any DIY instructions for repairs of wooden casement window frames. (I always called them crank out windows.) If repairable, rotten pieces of wood would have to be pulled off, traced around on a new piece of wood, and replacement parts cut.
Look on your window. Somewhere it should have the manufacturer's name and possibly the date. It may be possible to have a local dealer's rep take a look at the window.
