I PURCHASED THE HOUSE I GREW UP IN, MOST OF THE BALANCES IN THE SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS ARE SHOT. HOW TUFF IS IT TO REPLACE THESE. I AM NOT AFRAID TO DO THE WORK
