Does any know if my 10yr old boiler can be converted to forced hot water heat? Tired of the old radiators everywhere.

It would be awfully expensive. You'll have to install a steam to hot water heat exchanger, install a circulating pump, install convectors and install a new piping system. Try posting at www.heatinghelp.com/ Those guys are the steam/hot water experts.

I quess I will just make some radiator covers--and get used to the weird noises

Try talking with the guys at heating help. They may have some ideas about how to make your rads more decorative. Believe it or not, there are people who are looking to buy old timey radiators. Part of the retro/nostalga movement I guess.
