i have an american craftsman 6 foot sliding glass door- the inside handle has broken- and home depot- the place where i bought it does not sell their replacement parts........ does anybody know where i can get american craftsman relplacement sliding glass door parts in new york

I thought "american crapsman" was the "house" brand of HomeDepot ?? Never seen them anywhere else.....in any case, I'd go back to HD and raise some H*!!......they sell the doors/windows, they can dang sure call the manufacturer and get parts......if they want to......Just inspire them to "want" to :)
