I HAVE A 12 INCH BY 12 INCH TILE CEILING ABOUT 25 YEARS OLD.
JUST RECENTLY A SECTION OF 9 TILES ARE SAGGING AND SLIGHTLY SEPARATING FROM EACH OTHER. I PUSHED UP ON THEM AND TRIED TO TAP IN SOME SMALL NAILS BUT IT DOES NOT HOLD. IS THERE SOME WAY TO REPAIR THIS SAGGING?
THANKS...EMMALOU

Those old tiles were either glued or stapled. You can cut them out with a utility knife. Cut off the tongues. Fill nail holes with flexible spackle. Reapply with adhesive. Then, prime/seal and repaint.
