we have a deep well pump with a return line. The pressure keeps dropping. We changed the foot valve but it still loses pressure. We get it going again but after one shower we're back where we started. Any suggestions?

jmr,
Did you check the water level in the well when you had the lines out to replace the footvalve? It's possible that the level is too low and once the system is pressured up, there isn't enough water to do it again once a shower has been ran. You can lengthen the line between the ejector and footvalve, if necessary.
Does the system hold pressure once the pump shuts off? If not, there is probably a leak in the lines down in the well (since the footvalve is new, I doubt that it is leaking).
Let us know about the water level, ok?
