| Both lights should be on steady with nothing blocking the sensors. When something blocks the units one goes out, immediately, no delay. I have seen units that the transmitter does not emit fully, LED dim. But you replaced the units so that should not be an issue. Recheck all wiring for poor connections, breaks etc.
