| an odd question Whenever I see an ad for a new car on TV, I can't help but notice that they all have license plates either stamped into the metal, or painted over to match the color of the vehicle. They all have them. Why? I can see either just putting a real license plate on, or leaving it off altogether. After all, the commercials say "professional driver on closed course". Why would they even need a license plate in that situation? Just curious. And bored, apparently. |
