 Yogurt question
My roommate has ulcerative cloritis (sp?). He cannot handle lactose. I saw on one website that you cannot use lactose free milk to make yogurt. Does anyone have a recipe for yogurt using coconut milk? He can get it at a natural food store but it costs something like $2.50 per 8 oz container VS $.50 for Dannon from BJ's which he cannot eat. |
