| What is the process of becoming a certified home inspector?
i've been researching certification to be a home inspector (more FHA inspector). i've found a school, seems legit. what should i look for in the school's credentials? and what kind(s) of insurance and certification do i need to go out on my own? what's the typical monthly insurance overhead? how about initial out-of-pocket investment? i live in AZ, if that means anything to anyone. thanks. |
