Run a 14/3 or 12/3 from the light to the end where you will install the outlet, white for neutral, black for continuous hot, red for switch leg to light. That cable is called the switch leg cable.

Run a 14/3 or 12/3 to the second switch, then the same to the 3rd.
At each box, mark the white wire from those cables black, henceforth called the "marked" wire. These cables are the traveler cables
Leave the white in the light fixture cable white.

At the 1st switch (which runs to the light fixture),
Connect white from the switch leg cable to receptical neutral/silver,
black from switch leg cable to marked white, and receptical hot/brass
3-way switch common to switch leg red, traveler red/black to traveler screws

At the 2nd switch, marked whites connected to each other, travelers to 4-way switch

At the 3rd switch, another 3-way, marked white to common. red/black to traveller screws.
