I`m up on the north shore of Lake Ontario east of Toronto....you were close the Temp in F is -13F and the last time I checked the register temp was 80.6F......the Handler runs until the T-stat is satisfied...the t-stat is set at 70F...the heat strips are 15kw total...yes 51182btu`s...it seems to run longer than normal.....when the heat pump was working normally the duct/plenum above the air handler felt alot warmer...
