Each black from the run of cable to the row of lights is one side of the switch. The power into the box will need 4 pigtails of black wire connected to it. One of each of these will provide power to the other screw on the switches.

All whites together and capped. All grounds together and attached to each switch.

Yes, the way you wired the lights is correct.
