Hi, many GE fridges have this problem. If you call GE costomer relations at 800-386-1215 and ask them about their "free replacement program" they can verify if you're on the list by your model/serial #. They have had a lot of problems with the main control board. They next day air mailed mine and it took 5 min to install myself. |
