| Ok, this is just me...but when I need A/C work done...I don't call a "Maintenance" company. I'd call Smith (or Jones or Johnson or Kingman) HVAC Company. Same with plumbing or concrete or anything else.
And I don't think I'd have pretty much anyone that works for HD do it. I'm not knocking them for everything, but a big item like that...I'd be shopping, shopping, shopping around.
Somehow, back in the deep dark recesses of my memory, I seem to think I've heard bad things about this Maintenance company. Seems like they do a lot of home warranty policy work as well. __________________
