Unfortunately, the place I bought the sofa is out of business. The thing was built by Gentry Furniture Industries, taken over by Ashley. Ashley has been totally uncooperative. Do you have any idea if this handle is standard/universal, and in use by other producers. My experience is that furniture stores have lots of salespeople but few or no repair service or parts.
