Other than cleaning out your sump down where the screen guard is and removing all debris to perhaps eliminate something narrowing the holes that may be creating a whistling effect, I can't imagine it being anything simple other than that.
Maybe motor or pump bearing is starting to go out? Access toe-kick panel (often 2 screws on both the panels, and make sure no water leaking out under pump onto floor. Keep an eye on problem and see if it gets worse.
