| Has this problem been this since you owned it, or has this problem later begun so you know it is not factory bad design?
Other than cleaning out your sump down where the screen guard is and removing all debris to perhaps eliminate something narrowing the holes that may be creating a whistling effect, I can't imagine it being anything simple other than that.
Maybe motor or pump bearing is starting to go out? Access toe-kick panel (often 2 screws on both the panels, and make sure no water leaking out under pump onto floor. Keep an eye on problem and see if it gets worse. |
