Couldn't find that exact model, but I came close. This is a gas unit, right? You may have a buildup of sediment and minerals on the bottom of the tank. I think this may cause that kind of problem.

If you have a water softener, I don't think thats normally an issue.

You may want to try flushing it if you haven't been doing that regularly
