| FWIW: I have a WaterFurnace Envision dual speed unit. I also have a VisionPro IAQ. I have exactly the same problems you are seeing with L attached, and the red light on the stat. I leave mine unattached. It works perfectly without L attached, I have tried both pulsed and constant L with similar results.
