| Never had a problem with a quality stainless steel worm gear clamp. Get one with either a 1/4" or 5/16" hex drive. You can get them tighter than with a regular screw head. I would never reuse an OEM clamp once it has been removed. I just don't think they have the spring power to hold. Just an opinion. |
