I don't know how old they are. We've been here 5 years, & they were installed by the previous owner. They leak between the sashes, at the sill, & along the jambs. I don't know if a hack job was done when they were installed or if the windows themselves are of poor quality. They leak so bad that in the winter I have to cover them with plastic storm window shrink kits.
