| It's possible you may not be able to use the primary IDE interface when using the primary SATA.
As a troubleshooting step, try disconnecting the master DVD drive and connecting the 80GB drive with the jumper set to cable select or master in its place. I am assuming the two DVD drives are currently using the 2nd IDE interface. |
